If your item is ready to ship, please allow 3-5 business days. For custom orders, time varies between 4-6 weeks depending on demand and production time.

 Shipping from Hawaii will take somewhere between 3 - 7 days to U.S. mainland. All orders are shipped with tracking. Additional insurance is recommended as I´m not responsible for lost mail. If it's of interest, please let me know before purchase so I can arrange that for you. 

International orders are expected to be delivered within 2- 3 weeks. I cannot guarantee this time, as it will depend on the shipping company and country. Tracking is only available while the package is in the U.S.

 Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please,  contact me within 12 hours of purchase. By submitting the payment for an order, you have agreed to the to terms listed here and the 'buy buttom' serves as your signature to our deal.

I don't accept returns, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If that's the case, we will work together to make sure both parties are satisfied. At this time, credit to the shop is the most feasible. Store credit cannot be used for shipping. No money back. Please understand that once a purchase is made, that money is already designated towards the business and expenses.

Custom, personalized orders and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Buyers are responsible for returning shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it´s original condition, 

the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 It is very important to take proper care, if you'd like a piece of jewel to last you many beauty years.

 I do guarantee my work and stand by it. I do my best to provide accurate photographs and description to each piece. Please keep in mind the resolution from one computer to the next may vary. If you have any question about an item, please get in touch before purchasing. 

 I ask that you inspect your jewel as it arrives. If perhaps there's damage caused by shipping or otherwise and it compromises the structure of the piece, please communicate within 24 hours and send it back within 3 days of delivery receipt. At that moment we will be in touch to figure out the best solution ( be it a replacement, repair or store credit ).

Repairs are free of charge if I come to the conclusion that your jewel is not up to my standards.

Shipping fees are NOT returned at any time as they are paid directly to USPS. You must get in contact and discuss any issue before shipping back your piece and a refund, credit or exchange is stipulated. Once again, shipping is the responsibility of the client.

Care Instructions

A piece of jewelry is an adornment!

It's meant as the finishing touch of an outfit, and the first piece to come off after the show.

MF SILVER recommends that you take off your piece of jewel before showering, entering the pool or the ocean, before applying lotion or going to bed. Please take off your jewelry before dealing with cleaning products.


Please keep in mind that some of our pieces are delicate and require very good care.

Your silver jewelry will tarnish due to time and wear. I recommend polishing cloths, for a quick revival. I include a small cloth with every order, but you'll find a bigger and much more durable option for sale at the site. 


Sizing Information


If you are buying jewelry as a gift, please be sure to know the size in advance. If you're not sure, visit your local jewelry shop and they'll be able to inform you. If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Though resizing is a possibility in some cases, another charge will apply, including shipping costs if applicable.

Payment Plan

Payment plan is available for serious buyers!

Please get in touch before purchasing so we can arrange your payment plan!

A 25% non-refundable down payment is required to hold an item and the remaining of the payment may be broken down in up to four payments, including shipping. Once the down payment is made, we will stipulate and agree on the remaining payment dates. Save the dates (but please let me know if you'd like reminders) and be sure to make the payments on time. If it's not received within 24 hours of agreed date, your purchase is automatically canceled, no exceptions. All payments will be returned to you at that time, except the restocking fee of 25%. 

A deposit is turning the listing unavailable to other buyers for a period of several weeks. For that matter, if you´re not able to keep your agreement, partial deposit (a restocking fee) will be kept by MF SILVER. The restocking fee is 25% of the total purchase price.

Your item(s) will be shipped once it´s fully paid for.
